TRAVEL. As much as you can. As far as you can. As long as you can. Life's not meant to be lived in one place.

I am getting good at improvising.
Yesterday afternoon I made some sugar cookie dough and put it in the refrigerator. The idea was that this morning I would roll out the dough, cut it out, put some grape jelly on it, fold it up and bake it. Keep in mind I have no rolling pin, no cookie cutter, and it says to bake it on parchment which I don't have. But, I do have an American Express water bottle which is smooth so I fill that with ice water and use it as my rolling pin. Who needs a cookie cutter when you have a glass. Tinfoil is kinda like duct tape - works for everything. Turns out the part I was the worse at is crimping. Had a little jelly run out but no problem. I had to taste them of course and they are good, they will do just fine. Here is some proof of my mornings work.
