Well wait until you hear about tonight

If you know me, you know I go for the unusual. That is why the Quinta or Compound appealed to me so much. I have mentioned there is an event or party room that gets rented or loaned out. Thursday evening it was for a 10 year olds birthday party. This afternoon I noticed people around and tables being moved so I figured it was another party. And I was told when I rented my house that when there are parties they bring me food. I thought it was quite a deal.

Turned out it wasn't a party but some type of rally. I could hear people giving speeches and very lively music and singing. I went out on the porch and listened and now and then I would hear an amen and an alleluia so I figured it was some type of church group. I did a little video to record a little of the music. I hope you can hear it.

As to an update on tomorrow's crock pot menu, I am going to do a Pot Roast. I have potatoes and carrots and onions and a lovely little roast. I think it may end up with a tomato based liquid. Pictures tomorrow, if it turns out.
