We have cookies

I decided to try with Snickerdoodles since they are quite simple. I have the instruction book for the oven so I figured I was close on the temp. Whether I greased the pans or I didn't, they all stuck to the pans. They taste pretty good so once I get the sticking figured out - and get everything scraped off the pans, I will be in business. I want to make coconut macaroons and they are trickier so I have to work out the glitches before I try other kinds. Gerardo was here mowing the soccer field so he got the first warm cookies. He gave them a 2 thumbs up. I hope serving warm cookies to a man doesn't mean we are engaged or I am in trouble.
