I now have no room in my refrigerator

Today it was a big batch - 10 cups of sugar - of grapefruit, lemon,orange marmalade. I still have lots of grapefruit and lemons but that will have to wait until Friday when I have more containers. Both Ana and Gerardo tried to explain to me about using the jelly - or using the guayaba to make a candy like treat. I'll see if Martha comes back to help me with that. 

Ziomara called me today to say she has to work on Friday and could I go with her on Thursday to Pequeno Mundo. I said yes so I am to meet her in front of the church by the bus stop in Cartago. I went to Emelio because he gives the best directions and draws the best maps.  I have directions to the Capuchin Church so hopefully that is the right one. If I don't see her at 10:00am, at least I have her number. Emelio wanted the recipe for the no bake cookies with peanut butter so I came home and wrote it out and will take it over tomorrow evening. Now that I am going on Thursday I will be able to go to the senior center on Friday. It all works out great.

Yesterday the cover of my new pot slipped off the stove and shattered. Ana saw the pile when she came over and picked up the knob. Today she brought me a metal lid that fits perfectly. I asked Gerardo if I owed someone money for it and he said no, he has lots, do I need more. I said just the one. At least I can't break this one.
