Raining in Cartago

This is still the summer season here but we are having a cold spell and it is raining really hard. Oh wait, it stopped and the sun is trying to come out. It is much like Minnesota - if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes.

Today is moving day - back to Alajuela which is close to the airport for a night at the Vida Tropical where I started. I have hired a car and driver since I have my luggage with me. It will probably take about an hour.

I am down to one of the microwave bowl pot holders and they have been a big hit. I will need a new supply for when I come back in June for my new neighbors and friends who have been so willing to help. 

When we were walking around the neighborhood we came across this dog. When he opened his mouth to bark it was so funny because he had a deep bark and sounded really old.

I can't believe all that has happened in the last month and I am looking forward to my return June 1st. Pura Vida
