One thing I have discovered.

Since I have been in Costa Rica I have discovered that I can sleep through almost anything and if I do wake up I can go right back to sleep. For instance this morning it was what sounded like bombs and the worst cat fight ever that really got all the neighborhood dogs going. Pretty much all of my stays have been close to the center of the cities and Costa Ricans are known for living life out loud. Dogs serve as their alarm systems and lots of life is lived outdoors.
It is lucky I am such an easy going flexible person because I think our plans are changing faster than I can post them. I keep hearing of the beauty of Orosi, and it is only 45 minutes from Cartago so the current plan is to go there today, spend another night in Cartago and go to San Ramon tomorrow. Keep posted, things could very easily change again.
Carlos is serving breakfast at 7:30 so I will make sure there is no problem with me staying another night. I would be very sad if I didn't know I was coming back since I only have 1 more night here, 2 in San Ramon, 1 in Alajelua and then back to Minnesota. Costa Rica has definitely grown on me and more than anything it's people. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Breakfast has been served. It is good, Costa Rican coffee, a glass of juice - I think it is papaya - and 2 grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. All the main food groups.

So, did you go out for breakfast then?

NO, I scrapped some of the cheese off and ate the rest. I think I may be too tired tomorrow to make breakfast.
