Aren't they just yummy looking. You can imagine my excitement when dinner turned out to be this.
Emilio put the other fish in the soup along with potato, carrot, onion, celery, and ginger. Very flavorful. We used the beef, onion, and peppers for the fajitas. Emilio brought beans so he prepared refried beans for the fajitas. I had bought salsa and scoops chips so I created fahitas with them instead of using tortillas. Everything was so great. We would have paid big money at a restaurant for this. We took the rest of the soup over to the owners.
I gave out cookies today to the owners family and then to the waiters at the restaurant where we had lunch. I told them all about me being the Orosi Cookie Lady.
Emilio says he is not going to cook tomorrow so I guess it will be his turn to eat what I fix. We have lots of bread so I think I may do French toast for breakfast. Or maybe pancakes with fruit in it. We'll see. I like this kitchen. There is much more counter top than in my kitchen and they have a good supply of pots and pans.
I think tomorrow will be a visit to the beach. I will need to be very careful.
