I have my menu!

I put together my menu for Thanksgiving today and here is what I came up with.
Squash (usually butternut but I will see what I can get) Soup with Curry Condiments.
Lemon Garlic Roasted Chicken.
Sausage, Rice, Apple Stuffing.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes.
Green Beans with Caramelized Onions and Almonds.
Spinach salad with Mandarinas and Red Onion
Refrigerator pickles 
Cranberry Sauce
Mango and Raisin Bread - with Guayaba Jelly of course.
Pumpkin Roll
Lemon Bars.
Assorted beverages.
I figure it will be 2 days of cooking. I did get an offer of help today and I accepted. He also offered me plates from the pizza shop so I don't need to buy more until I find just what I like.
So far I have invited Emilio, his mother and Grandmother, Jose, Gerardo, Tia, and Ana. Tomorrow hopefully I will be able to invite Dona Rosa and Katherine's family. I am planning for about 12. 
Tomorrow is a busy day with my massage in the morning and cooking lesson in the afternoon. It rained a lot today so I spent the day making my first tree and cutting the ribbons and cording.

YUM but be sure to leave room at the table for the PEOPLE, their plates will have to be Huge!!!!!
