Today I head to Atenas. I am doing a taxi rather than the bus. It will be easier if my first bus experiences are without my luggage.

Moving day
After my 2nd cold shower I mentioned I wasn't sure I could live with that and Isabel checked it out. Turned out someone had moved the control to cold so I may try it again, just to get my hair washed. Breakfast today was Tower of London. Fried eggs then sliced tomato then thinly sliced ham. Very good. I chatted with several people at breakfast. One is from Holland and has a company that buys pot plants from farmers here and sells them all over Europe. The other is a senior who moved here 2. Years ago and lives on Lake Arenal. It is a rain forest so quite humid but he loves it.

Marijuana plants?
Yes. I am having so much fun. 3of my friends are visiting Iceland and they have been calling me on Skype or FaceTime so I can see some of Iceland. I arranged for a Tours with Locals guide to take them out today and they said he was just wonderful. It is a little more expensive than a motor coach tour but it is just you and the guide and a much smaller vehicle. You have much more flexibility.
And he'll take you to your next place?

It took about a half hour to get to Ana's Place from Vida Tropicale. The driver wasn't sure of the location - keep in mind there are no street signs, no house numbers and no names. It is set back from the street, behind other buildings. The driver asked everyone walking along the street. There was no one in the building but the front door was wide open and there were keys in one of the doors. that is the Tico way. One of the ladies who lives here came along and helped me and invited me to a dinner she is giving tonight. My room is large, the bed looks great and the shower is a regular one..I am sitting by the pool listening to the birds. What a tough life!
