How am I ever going to bring myself to thin out my babies!

This is a picture of my lettuce bed which is in a big pot in the vegetable garden. Can't possibly all be weeds! I checked the flower garden but not much sign of life yet. I only planted it Monday so maybe tomorrow. The second picture is something growing in the onion area but it is the only one so probably a weed. Such a farmer I am!

I guess there are more little ones if you look close.
